What NashikRent is
NashikRent is a listing platform that connects property owners and tenants in Nashik. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental transaction. Rent agreements, deposits, and all dealings happen directly between the owner and the tenant.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a working mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that post fake listings, harass other users, or misuse the platform.
Listings
Owners must only list properties they have the legal right to rent out, with truthful details and genuine photos. Every listing is reviewed before publishing, and we may reject or remove any listing at our discretion, with a reason shared with the owner. A listing going live is not a guarantee, endorsement, or verification of ownership or legal status.
Contact details and conduct
Owner contact details are shared with logged-in users for the sole purpose of genuine rental enquiries. Scraping, bulk collection, marketing calls, or any misuse of contact details is prohibited and will lead to account termination.
Payments and safety
NashikRent does not collect rent, deposits, or any payment on behalf of owners, and never will without explicit notice on this page. Never pay anyone claiming to represent us. Always visit a property and meet the owner in person before paying anything.
Liability
We work to keep listings accurate through manual review, but we cannot guarantee any listing's accuracy, availability, or the conduct of any user. NashikRent is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between owners and tenants. Use reasonable care, as you would with any rental search.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
