What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email, mobile number and a password (stored only as a secure hash). Owners additionally provide property details and photos. We log which listings' contact details you view, so owners can see genuine interest in their property.
How your data is used
Your mobile number is shown to logged-in users only when you are an owner with a live listing — that is the whole point of the platform. Tenant details are never published; owners only learn about you when you choose to call them. We use aggregate, anonymised analytics (page views, searches) to improve the site.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not send marketing SMS or make marketing calls. We do not share your data with brokers or third-party agents.
Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can clear cookies anytime through your browser; the site remains browsable without logging in.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers (database in Singapore region, photos on Cloudflare's network). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Access to admin tools is restricted to our team.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, email support@nashikrent.co.in from your registered email and we will action it within 7 days.
